Founder The Little Loop ***
Charlotte Morley is a founder and problem solver with a mission rooted in nature, regeneration, and systemic change. After earning a Geography degree at Cambridge, she began her career in intelligence in the aftermath of 9/11, spending a decade on the front line of counter-terrorism. That experience led to a pivotal realisation: real impact comes not from firefighting, but from redesigning broken systems.
Reconnecting with her early passion for sustainability, Charlotte pivoted into digital product and went on to found a technology platform addressing one of the biggest challenges in fashion – overconsumption. littleloop, soon to be rebranded as Lloop, enables clothing brands to launch seamless take-back and resale programmes, turning circularity into a scalable commercial opportunity.
Built on deep customer insight and product-led thinking, the platform helps brands change consumer behaviour while growing value. Charlotte’s journey has taken her from Dragon’s Den to Downing Street, via a Great British Entrepreneur Award—and she’s only just getting started.
The Good Clothes Network aims to build community and provide support for independent small fashion and lifestyle brands.
